Pastor  Wayne is our lead pastor. He has been at the church since November 1996,  He previously served as a local director for Child Evangelism Fellowship. Wayne is a graduate of Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee, and Grace Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, Indiana. He and his wife Debra have 10 children and 5 grandchildren.

Pastor Bruce is a lifelong resident of the Shenango Valley, and came to the church as associate pastor in 2005. He has served in law enforcement for many years, and recently was elected as Mercer County Sheriff. He has also been active as a chaplain to law enforcement agencies in the county. He is an alumni of Baptist Bible College in Clark's Summit, Pennsylvania. Bruce and his wife Cheri have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
